About Us/ Core Team Bios

We approach each company holistically, whether as an advisor, an interim executive or liquidating manager/trustee. This enables us to respond creatively and adjust quickly to any unique problem an engagement presents. Every engagement, large or small begins with a specific analytical assessment of the unique facts and metrics of the situation. A prioritized set of action steps is generated immediately thereafter as the first stage of a disciplined process to conserve money and time.... Our people draw on practical experience managing finance, accounting, legal and intellectual property functions. Most importantly, we are objective, candid and dispassionate with our clients determining what a company needs, where it stands and its prospects.

We are keenly focused on preserving or improving stockholder value but understand and appreciate the human component of technology driven organizations and their intellectual property.
